Authorized Officer of ABFL had taken possession of the following property(ies) under Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) in the following loan accounts with right to sell the same on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS, AS IS WHAT IS BASIS and WHATEVER THERE IS”, basis for realization of companies dues. The undersigned, in exercise of powers conferred under section 13(4) of SARFAESI Act, proposes to realize the companies dues by sale of these property(ies).

Now, Authorized Officer of ABFL invites intended buyers to participate in auction of these properties under the SARFAESI Act. For the details of Auction and property inspection, please refer attached Terms of auction, paper publication of Auction Notice. You may also reach out to respective Authorized Officer of ABFL. You may refer to your friends, acquaintances who are interested to buy these properties. Employees of Aditya Birla Group and their family may also participate with prior approval from HOD.
