Anunay-Shrivastava

Head of Human Resources

Anunay Shrivastava is the Head of Human Resources at ABFL. He is responsible for leading, managing, and implementing the Human Resource strategy for the company within the ABC HR framework.

With 20 years of experience across various subfunctions of Human resources, Anunay has been with the Aditya Birla Group for the past 7 years. In his last 4 years with ABCL, Anunay has led the talent staffing function, including leadership hiring and the young talent management program and managing the Centre of Excellence in HR Analytics & Strategic workforce planning. He has also led projects to create an industry-first initiative around “AI-based touchless hiring” for the front-line sales force.

Anunay’s exceptional contribution to the company has been acknowledged with the Chairman’s Exceptional Contributor award at the ABG Awards in 2023. Prior to joining Aditya Birla, he led the HR function for Hotstar & Star Sports. He has also worked in the areas of talent management and HR business partnerships at organizations like Kotak Mahindra Bank and IMS & Kuoni during his career. Anunay has completed his post-graduate program in management from SCHMRD, Pune.
