As the Joint Vice President and Head of Debt Capital Markets and Debt Institutional Broking, Prakash Dandwani is responsible from origination-to-structuring distribution of corporate bonds, and structured credits that are spread across the yield curve.

In a career spanning over 11 years, Prakash has executed several senior, mezzanine, hybrid, and credit enhancement corporate bond structures in order to optimize financing for a diverse clientele. He spearheads distribution across institutional clientele and also looks after the institutional debt broking.

Prakash has won numerous accolades for the DCM business and is a regular speaker at various debt market events. He is a certified Financial Risk Management (FRM) along with an MBA from Mumbai University.
