Ram Jayaraman joined Aditya Birla Finance Ltd as Chief Technology Officer in August 2023 and has over 25 years of rich and varied experience in Banking and Financial Services. He has been a technology and digital evangelist over the years with an exceptional track record of strategizing and executing large business and digital transformation programs. His experience has been on a global scale with world-leading banks across an array of international markets spanning North America, Asia, Central and Western Europe.

In his most recent corporate role, Ram set up the microservice practice for the DBS Consumer Banking business, supporting 6 Asia markets across all channels and partners. In prior roles, Ram spent 15 years with Citibank across geographies leading teams that routinely won for Citi the best digital banking awards across the various markets under his control.

Ram has an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur with a graduate degree in Sciences and Post Graduate qualifications in Applications Programming and Design.
